What if I am late for my appointment?

Of course, if you know you are running behind we would appreciate a call. Depending on how late you are we may need to shorten or re-schedule your appointment. We will however do our best to accommodate you and your service needs.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Life happens and if you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we would appreciate 24-hours notice.

Why do your stylists charge different prices?

All of our stylists are highly skilled and have the best training. Pricing is generally dictated by years of experience and any costs associated with your service (ie: color usage).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, personal cheques or cash.

Can I bring my kids?

Of course you can! We only ask that for your sake and the sake of our other clients experience that your kids be able to sit quietly.

Can I bring in my animal?

Unfortunately, our building has a strict no animal policy.
